Review on HiLetgo TDA7297 Version Amplifier Dual Channel by Brad Lovro

Nice little amplifier board, great value. Heatsink grease needs to be added between the IC and the heatsink to maximize heat transfer (it can be fried a little at full volume, I use it at 12V) but other than that it's good. The sound is quite pleasant, smooth and dynamic, with no obvious bass cutoff, with a pleasant soundstage. Some of these IC type AB amps tend to sound a bit flat and lifeless, but in this case they don't. No noise when no signal is present (nice compared to similar sized digital boards). I use it to replace a small digital amplifier that drives my bedroom sound system. Now it remains to find a box in which to hang it.
