The 20" x 24" cabinet is basically perfect for our needs. We need more storage space in the bathroom, little space for a large closet and don't feel like cutting holes in the wall. The cabinet itself has a good solid frame. The base is hard plastic. And the door has high quality glass outside and inside. The inner mirror is not as clean as the outer one. It looks like it has some kind of coating. It seems to repel moisture so I'm assuming it's on purpose. It was packaged and shipped securely enough. Without damage. Although they could not contain most of the installation hardware. We only have 4 screws and some rubber caps. The instructions mentioned a template, drywall anchors, and other useful items. There are even photos of these things. But there was nothing in the box. So we just found the bolts, raised the cabinet where we needed it, checked the height and drilled/screwed. I removed the door to make it easier for my wife to stay in place. Just a few screws and it's easy enough to do with or without them. Note that the door cannot be moved to the other side. You simply turn the cabinet over depending on which side you want the doors on. It seems designed for that as there are no cosmetic changes. Once installed, it works quite well. Would like soft-close hinges. But even though we're relatively flat, we fit a lot of things on cleverly designed shelves (which are stationary). And instructions and missing equipment for installation need to be addressed. Besides, it's a good product. We've already ordered another one as it appears to be already on sale and is identical to the review unit. The list price is a bit high for what you get.
