Great for travel, does not offer 100w charging

I have had several of these HyperJuice chargers. My first was from the original Kickstarter offering, I had trouble charging so I sent it back (which I had to pay for shipping). The second had the same problems. I was so hoping they would fix the problem so I ordered another one from Revain. And low and here. the third has the same problems. I've tested both chargers with multiple USB-C to USB-C cables, yes they are all rated at 100W and many are not, and some laptops. When I plugged in the charger, both laptops gave an error that the charger wasn't supplying enough power and was charging slowly and/or the charger was supplying at least 35W. I would let the laptops drain the battery before plugging in the charger. to make sure there was a good draw. The charger put out 15 to 40 watts. 40 appeared only once and typically consumed less than 36 watts and often less than 20 watts. I travel for work and am always looking for ways to lighten my bag, so I was really hoping that this charger would allow me to get rid of a few larger chargers. At the moment this is not the case, maybe HyperJuice will find out with the next model.
