Works, but LED headlights are still misaligned.
So it works but the Ford design has the H1 bulb mounted at an angle (see image - windscreen). For those who have LED headlights installed, they should be horizontal (left and right level) for better beam spread. While there weren't any installation instructions, I found it, but that doesn't solve the problem inherent in the headlight housing.
