I bought this item because my knee is very tense. This condition was very painful. I found the shiatsu neck and shoulder massager very painful even on the lowest settings. I can't imagine anyone being able to withstand the intense pressure of kneading you. I have osteoporosis and I believe long term or first time use may cause a fracture. I hope you at least add a message warning people with problems to educate themselves and possibly consult a doctor before using.
