I've been dabbling in numerous energetic healing modalities (reiki, acupressure, jin shin do, foot and hand reflexology) over the past few years and when I saw this set of 6 Thai Reflexology Wooden Sticks at a bargain price the price on Revain I bought it immediately. There are smaller sets but I am very glad I ordered this 6 piece massage set. Besides reading many books on the subject, I have also taken several online courses on foot and hand reflexology. I really love this set and tried it myself for the first time. They are a great complement to using just my hands to give hand or foot reflexology treatments to yourself and others. This set contains the following: a hand massage star, another hand massager, an awesome roller that can be used on the face and head. , foot massage stick, X-shaped hand and body massager and a stick with three different sized ends for different massage points. This set also includes an information sheet and a colored foot curl chart. In summary I am very happy with this product and if you are interested in different forms of reflexology and acupressure systems you should check out this 6 piece wooden set. Rating: 5 stars.
