This dock does its job well. After the initial setup on my desk, I was able to just plug and unplug my MacBook and everything immediately came to life. There were no lags, everything just works. It's very convenient to have a permanent desktop setup that I don't have to think about when I get home. Both displays appear as separate displays (at least the displayport slots, I didn't use anything other than those) so this is a true dual display expansion. Recommend this docking station to anyone looking for a permanent desktop setup with the new MacBook range.
