I bought this as a baby monitor. I liked that I can easily watch it from my phone. There's no sound when the application isn't open, and that's more inconvenient than you might think, but I was willing to deal with that inconvenience. It works great when it works. Unfortunately, it regularly only shows a black screen or a black box with a cross. It works normally again if you unplug it and plug it back in, but then there is a very loud voice saying "CONNECTION SUCCESSFUL. POWER ON" and then the baby wakes up, so it's no mistake to restart it to disconnect from the mains. Option until the baby wakes up. It kind of defeats the purpose of being able to see it everywhere. In addition, I had to completely reset and reconfigure twice to fix it. It's not reliable at all. I've only been using it for 2 months and now I have to unplug it almost every day. It was cheaper than a baby monitor with a camera, but not worth it. There is no mind. Anyway, I have to get up to check on my baby.
