Disappointing quality and durability
As a new buyer I was disappointed with the quality and durability of this backpack. Luggage items are supposed to withstand wear and tear, but this backpack didn't make the cut. As my tests showed, the material tears easily and the straps aren't very strong. While the colorful design is attractive, it's not enough to make up for the lack of function..
