directly from gofanco. Excellent price. From the front panel and from the remote control works fine. Not much of the web GUI or RS232. In the GUI, the IP address is hardcoded, which is fine, but you can't change it. Not only can't you change it, you can't even configure the device for DHCP. You get stuck at the selected IP address. You're out of luck if you have something on that IP address, or worse, if that subnet isn't part of your address plan. Also, the default password and username are larger than the default. They are permanent. You cannot change any of them. Finally, with all two sides, the GUI looks like it was designed by a three-year-old. As for the RS232 interface, I have yet to get it working. It just isn't. I checked my serial port and there is no problem. I have an email for support but I'm not holding my breath. I would easily give this device 5 stars if ALL the features worked and the GUI was properly designed.
