I just received this. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 at Vionics (buy a lot) so I went with a 7.5. I don't need a woman in other boots, but occasionally I need a wide one in Vionix. These are an average of 7.5. I can go back and go to a size 8. I like the insoles, but they fit tight even without socks and there is little space in the toe area. I've found that Vionics can vary wildly in both sizing and whether the insole is worth the price, but I only return the ones that don't fit, thanks for the free shipping. They are still cheaper than Orthofeet and other more expensive brands.
