Purchased for my 2006 V-Rod VRSCA. The instructions are very poorly written, but I was able to install using the pictures. It requires that I use the extension straps that came with the product. The light is VERY, WAY better than the OEM. However, it does not fit as an OEM. The light moves up and down freely (slightly less than OEM). Installation required 4 neoprene washers (purchased from Home Depot) to tidy up the space and hold the lantern in place. I'm not sure if this is the right long-term solution. Would give the light 4 stars if washers (or some other solution) were included. If it had fit perfectly, the light would have gotten 5 stars without modifications.
