I just don't want something good to die
Hi 8 videocassette is hard to find but this product worked as expected in my 20+ year old Sony hi 8 recorder which cost $1000. Time. I recently bought a new Canon camcorder that uses SD cards and doesn't require tape. I just hate it when something good dies. I hope they keep releasing these Hi 8 cassettes as I recorded a lot of memories and copied them to other devices. In any case, this product works great on older hardware.
