product is amazing my girls chewed it and nothing broke off. The wood has dents as you would expect from wooden toys, but the shards won't go in your mouth. "Turtles" are a perfect match. The shapes are also made from high quality wood and the paint will not fade or chip. Overall I'm only giving four stars because I found that the photos provided gave me a wrong idea of the size. everything fits in my hand. The largest shape on each is no more than 1.5 inches and the smallest is probably 0.75 inches. not so small there is a choking hazard, just wish it was a little bigger.
