Comfortable for a short time

I've been in the same chair at my computer too many times, so I looked for variations in the "sitting" position. I heard about those "split knee" cargo seats and always wanted one. There are a few things to understand when you understand this: 1. Cushions should be complemented with sofa cushions or seat cushions. It helps a lot and doesn't really require much since I weigh over 200 pounds. I can't sit in a chair for more than 1 hour, but you still have to walk every hour for circulation. The bent knees share the load, but that puts a little strain on them, which you can feel for a while. As the load increases, you get used to the load distribution, but initially expect knee fatigue. (I suspect it strengthens our knees, but I don't have any scientific evidence to support this.) 3. I'm over 6ft tall and the height of the chair fits my computer desk (and it's adjustable.) 4. I'm with the quality satisfied with this chair - strong enough to support my weight and turn over when needed. I think my general thoughts are that medical science tells us that we really need to change our sitting position when necessary. We sit for a long time every day. I now have 3 sets that give me quite a bit of flexibility: a good desk chair, a lap stool, and a 30" stability ball with a base to sit on (found at http://www.amazon.com/). gp/product/B000K7I62M/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00 ) I also use a countdown timer set for 60 minutes to remind me to move to renew circulation and change seats if necessary. So here it is.
