These shoes are for my daughter's christening. Yes, she will be baptized a little later, but better late than never. She normally wears a size 9 but based on the reviews I read they run big so I ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly. Yes, they run big, so order one size smaller. The bottom of the outsole is rubber to keep it in place while running. The upper of the shoe has an elastic band that helps keep the flats flat. Jewelry is firmly fixed and has no sharp edges. They are so festive and look really high quality. They sparkle beautifully. I chose to buy online because they are beautiful and great value for money. I'm sure I'd have to drive everywhere to find these shoes and who knows if I'll find them. It was so convenient. Like the shoes.
