The team has been very responsive to any concerns I may have had throughout this process. They are always willing to answer questions or give suggestions for ways to improve my experience with their service. It seems like they do everything possible to ensure that you're happy with their work! Not much yet - but what I've seen thus far looks great. Great customer support. Friendly staff who make it easy to get started right away. Easy onboarding through the website, which makes signing up simple. I like that they are very quick with their responses for any issues or questions you may have! They quickly get back to me when i need them too. Sometimes it can be hard to find things but if u know where everything should go then its easy enough. This app has helped my small bussiness tremendously by allowing all employees access via an online platform rather than having everyone come into one central location which was causing some safety concerns as well.
