This belt looks nice, but when I compare it to another size 36 belt I have, it's about half an inch shorter. Maybe the other one is too long, but this one is right, who knows. I had to use this one on the 3rd hole but after using the strap for a while it stretched a bit and now I can use it on the 4th hole so the strap now looks better as there are only 3 holes visible on each side . Another thing is that the belt loop is not attached to the belt, so it will fall off when you hang the belt. However, if you press it all the way against the belt buckle, it stays on the belt. At first I found the loose belt loop a drawback, but now I think it's a great idea. You can move if the belt loop of your pants collides with the belt loop. I think it's a great belt. I wear size 32 pants so a size 36 belt will work for you if you are the same size as me.
