Failsafe sound driver prevents sound card
This is a plug and play device and will be registered as a microphone. 2 caveats: 1) there is a noticeable lag when listening while recording, and 2) couldn't find a way to use it in the DAW due to the driver. A good direct recording with no frills for later editing is a value.
