This is an essential product to protect your eyes from the harmful blue light from computer screens. With everything being virtual, the amount of hours I spend staring at a screen is pretty discouraging and my eyesight is definitely getting worse. I often find that my eyes get very dry, twitching and have trouble seeing from staring at a computer screen for too long. While you should definitely take a break every hour, wearing glasses while watching TV also protects your eyes. This product comes with 2 stylish (because you always need to look your best) glasses so you can keep one in your purse and the other in your office, a case for your glasses, a screwdriver (to adjust your glasses), a blue light bulb and a test card. I had to google a YouTube video on how to test the blue light, but it's pretty easy once you see the demo and I think it's really cool. I believe that these points are of great importance. I no longer get a headache from staring at the screen for too long and I no longer feel like my eyes are twitching. I also have very poor vision at night and wearing these glasses all day really helps improve my vision. These glasses are also very light, so they don't leave any marks on your nose. I highly recommend them because they definitely help your eyesight.
