For under ten dollars and with four packs of grommets I think this is a great deal. A few caveats: If you have the original Crop-A-Dile, it won't work. I've attached a picture of my model if you're not sure what you have. Also, the latch is not in the most convenient place. It is under the handle. If you plan to store the tabs inside the case - there's room for that - they could potentially fly out when you open the case. (I store mine separately with the Darice Elizabeth Ward system.) So why bother? Given the price, I think it's a good idea to have a case to protect the tools I use most, especially when I'm visiting a friend or on vacation. It also allows you to organize them for home storage.
