Review on Streampoint by Bruce Saywon

The ability to manage my conference registrations online, in real time! I love that it is easy to check ticket sales/sales reports from anywhere at anytime as well as being able to update registrants information without having them come back into our office (which would be very difficult when you have an 800 person room). It has been great working with their team so far - they've answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly which makes me feel like we are making good decisions together. There really isn't anything negative about this software other than maybe some minor UI issues but those can easily be fixed by contacting support directly via email or phone number provided within each user's account settings page. We were searching for something that allowed us to keep track of who had registered for events while also allowing people to register themselves if needed. This allows everyone involved to stay organized throughout the process instead of relying solely upon paper.
