I have white "fur" on my face. My skin is very fair and quite sensitive. I used this on the cheeks, mustache area, chin and under the jawline. I set a timer for 2.5 minutes. All the hair is gone which is amazing. But it did cause some minor chemical burns that were quite painful and unsightly. I used aloe vera, 1% hydrocortisone cream and unscented Nivea thick cream to calm him down. Feel better the next morning. There are still some red spots but I can cover them up with makeup and it looks like they will go away soon with the use of a good moisturizer.
