Dim bulbs are suitable for bulbs

I bought two sets of 5 bulbs to use in a 7 bulb ceiling light. I used to have 7 halogen bulbs 120V 50W each and they were very bright. I have a dimmer to adjust the brightness. These bulbs are supposed to provide the equivalent wattage of halogen bulbs, but that's not the case. You are too dark. I called support and left a message. Maybe they can figure out why I'm having this problem and fix it before I have to return them and start over somewhere else.
