This is the first time buying one of these and after all the reviews and all the compairing Ive done. I must say i am VERY happy with this purchase and excited to see what the outcome will be. I have kids and after my c-sections i struggle with my belly. This supports my entire stomach and legs (exactly where i struggle with my weight) the fabric is strong and Ive had no problems keeping it in place bc the velcro is really secure. Im able to move around and do daily activities. I am 5'4 and around 180lbs so i ordered an xl and i believe fits perfect. Hope this helps
