I bought it in hope and prayer. I was fully prepared to try it out and repackage if it fell short of the hype. Surprise! This actually works very well. The small protective rubber pad on the charging hole broke on the second use, but still connects well. I used it twice a day for a full 15 minutes each time. I applied a thin layer of aloe vera gel to my skin before use. It has helped me a lot in relieving my chronic neck pain.
