Instantly improve the quality of your meditation.

Dhyana traces aspects of meditation and guides you to better concentration. I've seen how well it integrates with other meditation apps and YouTube. I use it for my morning Vipassanna meditations and it lets me know how much focus and relaxation I have during the day. This has improved my practice enormously.
