This pillow looks odd, even uncomfortable, but oh how it saved me! I sometimes sleep on my back, sometimes on both sides, and this pillow is amazing for its support and comfort. It may take a few nights to get used to, but I slept like a baby the first time I used it. I am 66 years old, broke my back when I was young, and have had back problems and joint pain ever since. I've spent hundreds of dollars on many different pillows to find relief and this is by far the best. I use a silk pillowcase with them as they are good for the skin and hair, a regular zipped silk pillowcase is perfect for this. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing this amazing pillow.
