My husband bought me this pillow at the beginning of my pregnancy, before I had a lump. I started using it right away because I sleep better when I put a pillow between my thighs and the long end of this pillow is perfect for that. I've never used the attachments - found them cumbersome and a little difficult to assemble - but the pillow works great without them. I simply placed my growing belly at a slight angle on the pillow itself. I also used it to prop myself up to watch movies and eat snacks in bed and it was very comfortable for the place to rest my back and arms when wrapped around me. It's also very easy to remove the cover and put it back on for washing - not as difficult as some other pillows. I liked this pillow too much as I broke the zipper connecting the long arm to the rest by pulling on it too hard at night. Unfortunately, this happened a few weeks before my baby was due, but I was able to continue using the pillow (though not as comfortably). Why am I still giving 5 stars? Spring. Now that my baby is here, I use the long arm as a nursing pillow! It's even better than the Boppy because it's longer and very flexible so I can wrap it around my stomach and lay it down for it to comfortably suckle on my breasts and sleep with support under its butt. Good product.
