However, the inconsistent quality of the customer support was the thing that really put a damper on my experience. Some members of the team were approachable and helpful, while others were unresponsive and behaved in an unprofessional manner. It appeared that the level of service provided was quite variable depending on who you occurred to be speaking with at any given moment. Overall, I cannot recommend Yakamok to anyone seeking for a reliable and affordable internet shopping experience. Because of the excessively high prices of the items as well as the erratic quality of the customer support, it is simply not worth the trouble. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your requirements related to your home and kitchen.
