A great help for my very sensitive 10 year old.

We bought this blanket because we heard that weighted blankets can help sensitive children who have sensory processing disorders, possibly on the autism spectrum. This helped a lot with his anxiety. From what I've read, the pressure of a weighted blanket helps the brain produce more serotonin at night while the baby is sleeping, and that extra serotonin helps the baby feel calmer and less restless during the day. It really helped my son. He can stay more focused and calm. That's great!
