I wanted a blood red dye and that's exactly what I got. It looks a little lighter in the photos, but it's a nice shade in real life. Almost like burgundy. I was afraid it would turn pink, but no! The paint foams, after which the hair becomes very soft. Haven't washed it yet but will update if it bleeds. My only complaint is that the brush applicator didn't arrive. It's okay, I just used my hands. screw gloves. The discoloration was mostly gone after two days of intensive washing, but I found it more amusing than annoying. However, it didn't mess up my bathroom, which is a plus.
