These braces seem to correspond to the description. It fits my tall frame well and allows me to sit upright for most of the workday. My only complaint is where the straps go under my arms. They tend to fold up and leave red marks on me and can be a bit sore after a full day of use. Overall I would say it works well but depending on your body type you may need to add something in the armpit area for comfort. Update: After a few weeks of use, I can no longer wear it. The straps are too painful under my arms. Also, the bar, which looks like the stiff part of the brace, sticks out a little and makes me look weird when I'm not wearing a coat over the brace. I don't think I will continue to use these braces.
