Extremely disappointed with the protection it offers. I ordered a new iPhone XR and needed a new screen protector and case, so I ordered this screen protector and an expensive shockproof case. The photo advertised shows the hammer hitting the screen and it comes with a lifetime guarantee. To me, this is an indication that the screen will be protected from cracks for life. It turns out this is incorrect. My phone once fell from a height of 2.5 to 3 feet. There was no problem with it at the time, but within 12 hours the screen broke. I have owned the phone for less than 72 hours and only used it for 48 hours, using the screen protector and case for the entire time. This is my 4th or 5th iPhone. And the first time I shattered a screen, including when my phone landed on the rear fender of my car and flew around the corner onto the street. When I contacted their customer service department, I asked several times if my screen was under warranty and each time they dodged the question by not answering but offering to send me a new bag of screen protectors. First, there were 3 in the package so I don't need another one, second, why would I need another one if it doesn't work, and third, it's $8 or $9. So they're basically giving you $3 new lifetime protection? I'm pretty sure that $3 protection is the least of my worries when it costs me $200 to replace a broken screen. It just seems to me that the image of a hammer banging the screen is false advertising when it says 'lifetime guarantee' next to it! That is the main reason why I chose this brand. I'm just very disappointed and want to warn you about what "lifetime warranty" really means.
