I like that you can create your own profile, post jobs to multiple sites at once as well add more than one resume per job posting which was not possible before! The search function could be improved but it's getting better each update so we're happy with what they've done thus far!! There are other ways of connecting people in our field (LinkedIn) however this way has made finding new opportunities much easier because there aren't any extra steps involved when using their platform; all communications go through them directly from employer/client etc - no need contact another recruiter or agency about an opportunity if its posted via Industries website.
