Extremely disappointed with the defective product that was sent to me
Package arrived in perfect condition with nothing damaged or broken. The instructions were clear and the shower head was easy to assemble following the instructions. However, after putting the main shower head on, I found that the front outlet is at the back and connects to the main shower head, and there is no way to rotate it without damaging it. The main shower head faces the wall and not me, making it utterly useless. For the amount of money being spent on this purchase I need to know options to fix this situation.
