Review on TSE Safety True Flex Work by Mike Roe

Purchased on 01/19/2019. Didn't use it a few weeks ago. I saw that the inner pad had shifted because the pad was so close to the rivet that it just broke. The other patch does the same. Well these aren't my first TSE Saftey knee pads. The previous model was still in use for many years, only the belts failed. I called the company and they sent me a set of belts, GREAT customer service! Or should I say was great customer service. I went to their website, wrote to them about the problem, offered to send photos, so far nothing, not a word. it was so good that the game has now become a "whatever, we don't need it" company. By the way, I can see from others that I'm not the only person with the same problem.
