**UPDATE I've decided to keep this. I've worn them around the house for a few days and I think the strap just needed breaking in, it's not bad at all. We recommend. I bought these to wear indoors because my hardwood floors were causing severe foot pain (poor arches). love her now! The shoe itself is super comfortable, but with every step the strap on the upper pinches right at the base of my toes. I am very upset because otherwise they are super comfortable. But I will return them because they hurt to enter.
