This item worked very well. As soon as my kids got it, they charged it for hours. And then the boom entertained them for hours. There is a protective cage around the propellers to keep your child safe from injury. I don't recommend taking the drone outdoors as it has no height limit and will fly away or get stuck in a tree. It's good for the inside because it's not big enough to knock anything over.
