While I like the fact that it has no holes for mounting and that the locations for those necessary holes are pre-marked, I don't like that they aren't marked for both boxes 3" and 4". In addition, plastic is cheap and fragile. Great idea, bad execution. All you have to do is glue the seal on, which allows for easy installation.
