Not the same for my opinion
Deeply disappointed that the Alpatronics BX 190 that I just took out of the box is not the same as the BX 190 that just quit working for me. The old unit was a little bigger and had its speaker openings on the face of the case instead of at the bottom edge. Much prefer the old style plus the old style charged with a USB cord now I have to go buy an Apple cord because I don’t have one of those anymore. Minor item but still irritating. But not as irritating as applying the old model number to a new version which is different. Plus now, the case won’t charge anymore! Garbage. I want the old version back.
