Never buy this product.

I took it with me as a backup in case any of your buddies wanted to play PS5 with you. I was able to purchase the gamepad in the final five minutes before the store closed. After I got back to my house and went upstairs to my flat, I heard something rattling around. When I take the gamepad out of the packaging, I see that it is brand new and still sealed, but once I open it, I find that it is not attached in any way! As expected, he scratched it as soon as he removed it from the packaging; however, I captured the entire process on camera and will retrieve it tomorrow. All of it is encased in some kind of plastic, and the quality is atrocious! Look at the picture!

Pros

Superior to the role of controller when held in the hand. Sticks are superior in many ways! Everything.

Cons

The packaging is terrible, and the joystick is just sitting there inside! You will be able to see everything there is to see in the picture. Yes, yes, it is laying around. If the controller was lying neatly wrapped in clear plastic, the DualSense would be lying inside of a cardboard box. The build quality and the plastic both leave a lot to be desired (as does everything else in the picture)!
