Thank you for the helpful whitening advice; I've been following it for about a year (this is the fourth set, I change every three to four months). What I enjoy is that firstly, the toothbrush recognizes each nozzle and remembers how much toothpaste was applied through each one, secondly, the toothbrush remembers how much toothpaste was applied through each nozzle, and thirdly, the teeth are effectively whitened. I use bleach on a daily basis, twice. The effect is absolutely not what I expected it to be, but the amount of coffee and black tea that you consume does play a role in this situation. They are doing really well considering their daily coffee usage (2–3 cups per day). The least amount of effort required for the greatest reward. Extremely excellent nozzles.
