The original salt lamp arrived on time. However, the remote didn't work and the light got stuck at 1 pink setting. I first contacted Revain for a replacement remote and they offered to return the entire product for a replacement. I didn't want to bother with returning such a small item so was told to contact the seller directly. The seller was very responsive and replied within a few hours. After explaining that I don't want to return the product, just need a replacement remote, the seller told me to keep the lamp and send me a brand new product. Received a replacement 4 days later. The new remote works. I have this lamp next to my computer on my desk at home (aka the dining table corner). It is very sweet. I like that I can change the color depending on my mood. I kept it on 24/7 (it also has a built-in battery).
