As per other reviews the tank is leaking. After two uses it started leaking very quickly. It drips when I turn on the rinse cycle. After 3 minutes it was completely empty. So I removed the tank and checked whether I had attached it correctly and everything was ok. Everything looked fine so I tried it and it kept dripping. Set up a refund with Revain and get a replacement. The next one leaked right away and didn't suck up water every time. If I turned it off and tried to suck in water, it sometimes worked. So I gave up and sent it back and will consider buying another brand. It's very frustrating that these companies know there's a problem and don't try to fix it. I like that there is a sticker saying you don't have to go back to the store and call them. I do not think so. This is to save the company money as it will cost them more to ship back. In addition, I read many reviews that working with a vacuum cleaner is a nightmare. I will always let Revane fix the problem. Your customer service is excellent. All I have to do is set up a return at my front door.
