Good size for a narrow wrist. Time, date and alarm can be set easily. Nice watch. The strap is stiff and I prefer silicone but I knew the strap wasn't silicone. Looks like a group replacement. While it's not a silicone strap, it's fairly comfortable and one thing I won't budge on is comfort. These are good watches. I would have given 5 stars but the way the product was when I opened it wasn't very good. It was like the box was open and the watch was in an envelope on the outside of the box. Not sure how it happened. This is a good watch and easy to use.
