We use this set in church for our pastors to speak. We do not use the supplied microphones, they are defective. But we bought 2 Pyle-Pro PMHM2 (3.5mm / 1/4") omnidirectional microphones for use in this set. With these microphones and this system this is a phenomenal system for the price. This system is with Shure systems comparable. The dual receiver will set you back about $250 and the transmitters each another $150.Add in a Countryman mic for about $500 each and you have about $2,000 for a good wireless Two person system spent Here you spend $100 on a system, throw in the trash the useless mics that come with it, buy the top two Pyle Pro mics above for $25 and for $125 you have a wireless system that is great for conversations at church do the Shure and Countryman work better I don't know because I didn't spend $2,000 but I can tell you that you are for $125 a spark ionizing system that does its job well. For full disclosure, there are some issues with gain levels between transmitters (one seems hotter than the other), but there is a gain control on the back. recipient to deal with it. Again, the problem is the price. In my opinion you can't beat this system for the price.
