I like that it's easy to use and allows me to create different types of conversations with my team members (e.g., private chat, public group message). It also has an excellent reporting function which shows activity over time as well as how many messages have been sent or received by each member/group. I dislike having to log into multiple platforms just to do basic things such as send a text message. You need to go through your phone app first before using the web version. The only way to get around this would be if there was some sort of integration between both versions. If you're looking for something quick & dirty that won't break the bank then TalkSpirit may work for you. We've used it mainly for internal communication but we also occasionally reach out to our clients via the website when we want more control over what they see than simply sending them an email. This gives us better visibility.
