Good Trainer: Waist Cinchers

I'm 5'6 180lbs 8/10 in clothes. I followed the size chart and ordered my belly size 34 inches so I ordered XXL. It was TOO big. I went back and reordered the large one. Perfect fit but not too tight. I can breathe easy Choose the larger size you usually buy clothes in and it should fit perfectly. Well made latex, not as heavy as Ann Chery but still good. My only criticism is that the wraps need to be a bit wider.
