Slightly larger than described

This is made for wider (1 1/2"?) but works well with 1 3/8". Can detach at attachment point with base harness and has happened at least twice in a year or so. The rest works perfectly and as in the photo.

Clasp doesn't close all the way, but enough to keep it on. It looks sharp and it's the right size.
